Multiple Video Players are not playing simultaneously when played in WebGL
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "VideoPlayer.zip"
2. Build And Run the project for WebGL
Expected results: All 3 videos are playing simultaneously
Actual results: Not every video is playing simultaneously
Reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.47f1, 6000.0.20f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
