Multiple "Failed to insert item" warnings are logged when amount of inserted items exceeds 1000

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the Menu bar, select Bug/ProductBug
3. Observe the Console window

Expected result: there are two warnings
Actual result: there are multiple warnings

Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a6, 2020.2.2f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.1.0a7, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1

    We are still seeing this issue in later versions which have been released since this was posted:

    Currently for me 2021.3.9f1, along with every other current Unity install shown in the editor, results in the same problem.
