Multiplayer Play Mode roles reset to default when changing the Editor version
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-104567_TestMultiplayerRoles“ project
2. Navigate to Window > Multiplayer > Multiplayer Play Mode
3. Change “Main Editor” and “Player” Multiplayer roles to “Server” and “Client”
4. Close the project
5. Open the project in a different Editor version
6. Navigate to Window > Multiplayer > Multiplayer Play Mode
7. Observe the “Main Editor” and “Player” Multiplayer roles
Expected result: The roles are saved and persist after changing the Editor version
Actual result: The roles are not saved and revert to the default value “Client and Server”
Reproducible with: 1.3.3 (6000.0.51f1), 1.5.0 (6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.8f1, 6000.2.0b6)
Could not test with: 2022.3.63f1 (Package not available)
Reproducible on: macOS 15.5 (M1 Max), Windows 10 (by user)
Not reproducible on: no other environments tested
Notes:
- In the “Reproducible with” section, versions were tested by upgrading the project from the prior minor version (e.g. 6000.0.50f1 > 6000.0.51f1)
- Issue also reproduces by downgrading the project (e.g. 6000.0.51f1 > 6000.0.50f1)
