How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ClientDriven.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/Bootstrap.unity
3. Open Window>Analysis>Profiler
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Click the "Host (Client + Server)" button in the Game view
6. Select "NGO Objects" in the Profiler
7. Unfold "Server" in the Profiler Hierarchy view
8. Scroll down to the bottom of the Hierarchy view
9. Sort by "Name"

Expected results: MultiColumn Tree View refreshes
Actual results: MultiColumn Tree View does not refresh
