[MSE] Unloading a scene at runtime breaks the Hierarchy view
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open and play 'SceneA'
3. Notice 'SceneB' gets loaded, making hierarchy separate into three scenes: SceneA, SceneB and DontDestroyOnLoad
4. Three seconds after, SceneB gets unloaded
5. Notice the Hierarchy tab gets corrupted, showing IShouldPersist game object (from DontDestroyOnLoad scene) as a part of SceneA
Reproduced with: 5.3.0b6, 5.3.0f1, 5.4.0a2
