[MSE::Save] Moving a GO from one scene to another does not dirty the scene to which the GO is moved to
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open scene1 and add scene 2 to it additively
3. Move a game object from Scene1 to scene2
Note that scene1 is dirtied but not scene2.
