[MSE::Prefab highlight] Prefab GOs loses its indication in the hierarchy panel when multi-scenes are edited
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project
2. The project contains a prefab - Capsule,
3. Open scene 1 and add the prefab is not already added. Note that at this point it is indicated as blue
4. Now add scene2 to it in the hierarchy panel
5. Note that the prefab has lost its connection (screenshot attached)
