[MSE] In playmode, Add new scene from context menu throws error
Steps to repro:
1. Launch project
2. Go to playmode
3. Right click on a scene header and choose "Add new scene" from context menu

- Texture Map Viewer shows "Loading..." text instead of indicating users that Baked Texture Maps are missing
