[MSE] Image effects causes incorrect rendering behavior
Steps to repro:
- Launch the project attached
- Open the scene 3_imageEffects present inside scene
- Click on play and toggle between image effects on and off
Note that when the image effect is turned on there are rendering issues and when we toggle off the effect then the rendering become proper.

I would like to have this issue reopened as I am experiencing the exact same issue (no matter which image effect I use).
