Enabling auto mode in main scene overwrites the lightmap index of additively loaded scenes
Steps for reproduction:
1) Open the project `BrokenLightmapIndex` or download case 784391
2) Open `main` scene
3) Ensure that auto mode is enabled
4) Enter play mode and observe the bug
Notes:
- Fix is required for one of the next 5.6 patches
- Works as expected in 2017.2.0a1 and 2017.1.0b8
