[MSE] Creating a prefab moves the game object to a different scene
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Add "scene1" and "scene2" to the hierarchy
3. Set "scene1" as active scene in the hierarchy
4. Expand "scene2" in the hierarchy
5. Drag "OverlayCanvas2" game object to the Assets folder (in Project window) to create prefab
Expected behavior: successfully created prefab
Actual behavior: besides created prefab, "OverlayCanvas2" game object moved to "scene1"
Workaround: Select "scene2" as active and then make prefabs from that scene game objects.
