[MSE] Changing the active scene manager causes differences in rendering when not expected
Steps to repro:
1. Launch the attached project
2. Load scene 2
3. Click on play
4. If the button does not appear in the screen then stop and position the button such that its visible in game view and play again
5. Change the active scene manager
Note that the shadow gets darker and lighter when changing.
