Moving the mouse around 2 Inspector windows which show arrays of different levels makes the elements in the Inspectors flicker
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1353819.zip" project
2. On both of the Inspectors expand "Array in Array" and "Array" elements
3. Move your mouse around the two Inspectors rapidly
Expected results: Nothing in the Inspectors changes
Actual results: The elements in the Inspector flicker
Reproducible with: 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a3
Could not test with: 2019.4.29f1 (Inspector UI is set up differently)
Note:
-In version 2022.1.0a3 "Array in Array" elements are expanded when moving the mouse
-You need to delete the Library folder from the Project folder when launching the Project in a different version
