Moving scenes in Builds Settings is not displayed properly
When moving a scene through the order of Scenes In Build, the horizontal bar that displays where it will go is not in the right position.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Add several scenes to a project's Build Settings
2. Drag any of them up or down
3. Observe that the blue bar that appears is in the wrong position
Reproducible in version 5.5.0b7 (bd91e53964bc).
Not reproducible in version 5.4.1p4 (139dac7766f0).
