Moving a NavMesh OffMesh link's postion does not change it
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "Case-791250 repro" project
2. Open "1" scene
3. Play the scene and switch to Scene window
4. Select one of the GameObjects which defines "Off Mesh Link" start or end
5. Open Navigation window
6. Move selected object
Expected result: OffMesh Link moves
Actual result: It fails
Reproduced with: 5.4.0b16; 5.3.4f1; 5.2.4f1; 5.1.4f1
