Move to View action is invisible when no object is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open/create any project
2. Right-click on an empty space in hierarchy
3. Observe the context menu
Expected result: Move to View action is greyed-out
Actual result: Move to View action is invisible
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a13
Note:
The same is reproducible with: Allign With View, Allign View to Selected, Toggle Active State
