MouseEnterEvent is sent to an element that's no longer in the panel
How to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project
2. Open Assets > Scenes > New Scene.unity
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Hover over the red square and wait until blue square appears
5. Hover over the blue square
Expected result: Green square does not appear
Actual result: Green square appears
Reproducible with: 2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a14, 2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a7
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.29f1 (couldn't resolve console error)
