Mouse pointer stays hidden once Collab history tab is opened and is covering Collab button
1. Create a new project
2. Press the Collab button
3. Press "Start now!"
4. Once the files are synched press the Collab button again
5. Using the touchscreen select "View history" icon
6. Try moving mouse/touchpad
Expected result: Pointer appears
Actual result: The pointer is invisible in the Unity editor window (visible on the taskbar and other applications)
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0a5, 2018.1.0a7, 2018.1.0b1, 2018.1.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0p3, 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0a4

Notes:
- tested on Windows
- the pointer stays hidden, but moving mouse/trackpad changes the position of the invisible pointer and clicking on element works as expected
Workaround: most of the time moving Collab history tab in a way that it does not cover the Collab button and moving the cursor near the Collab button solves the issue
