Mouse offset on Button when the window is larger than the Reference Resolution
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project.
2. Build the project
3. Make the window wider than 1920x1080
4. Hover over the right button below it, or to the right
Expected result: Button hitbox is inside the button
Actual result: Button hitbox is offet
Reproducible with: 2020.3.35f1, 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.1.10f1, 2022.2.0a3, 2022.2.0b2, 2023.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a2
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro 21H2, macOS Monterey 12.4
Note: You can change the Reference Resolution on Canvas Gameobject and in the Player Settings to a lower resolution and still achieve the same results.
