Mouse events are ignored when holding another button down in the Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “bug.zip” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Click and hold the "Click Me" button in the Game View
5. Observe the Console window and see the log message
6. While holding the button, press another mouse button
7. Observe the Console window
Expected result: “mouse down” message is printed
Actual result: “mouse down” message is not printed
Reproducible with: 2022.3.57f1, 2023.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b3, 6000.2.0a2
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a16
Reproducible on: Windows 11

Resolution Note:
The PointerMoveEvent will handle the other mouse button down as per the W3C standard. In Unity 6, this has been improved to also trigger the MouseDownEvent and this gives users a better experience handling the described scenario.
