mouse doesn't unlock in manual runtime input test
-e: the input tests have a "unlock cursor" step which does no longer work as expected
-works in 4.5.x
-tested and repro so far in safari, chrome on osx 10.8/9
-repro:
--open attached project or find it on our vcs
--Tests > Run Manual Tests in WebPlayer
--go through the tests until you reach the "unlock cursor step"
--NOTICE the cursor doesn't reappear
