Monospaced Fonts do not maintain a fixed width when using the Bold variants
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-105234” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Observe the text in the Game view
Expected result: The bold text has the same spacing as the regular text
Actual result: The bold text has larger spaces in-between letters
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20 (88c767dfc7b6), 6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.9f1, 6000.2.0b7, 6000.3.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.63f1, 2023.1.0a19
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (user reported), Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
