'MonoScript' does not contain a definition for 'FromType' error when using com.unity.timeline 1.8.9
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Install com.unity.timeline 1.8.9 (Window > Package Management > Package Manager)
3. Observe the console
Expected result: No error gets thrown
Actual result: 'MonoScript' does not contain a definition for 'FromType' error gets thrown
Reproducible with: 1.8.9 (2023.1.22f1, 2023.2.22f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.8.8 (2023.2.22f1), 1.8.9 (2021.3.58f1, 2022.1.25f1, 2022.3.68f1, 6000.0.60f1, 6000.1.17f1, 6000.2.9f1, 6000.3.0b7, 6000.4.0a3)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
