MonoDevelop 5.9.6 new saved file opens with "��u" symbols instead of its content
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Create new script file, save it
3. Open that new file in MonoDevelop 5.9.6 (as installed with Unity 5.3)
4. Go to File->Save As.., change file name and save
Actual behavior: saved file opens with "��u" symbols instead of its content (see gif below)
Expected behavior: opened window should display real file content
Workaround: close file and reopen it
