[Mono] ArrayTypeMismatchException is thrown when using List of generic ICollection<T>
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1268308-Mono_Co-Variance.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("SampleScene")
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press Spacebar
5. Inspect Console
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: "ArrayTypeMismatchException: Attempted to access an element as a type incompatible with the array." exception is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.2.0a20
