Models becomes Unlit when using RawImage in Windows Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Unlit.zip" from Google Drive
2. Open Assets/Scenes/RedDesert.unity
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press Space
5. Observe that models in the "Gadgets" menu are Lit and receiving shadows
6. Exit Play Mode
7. Build And Run
8. Press Space
Expected result: Models in the "Gadgets" menu are Lit and receiving shadows
Actual result: Models in the "Gadgets" menu are Unlit
Reproducible with: 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.10f1, 2021.2.0a19
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.28f1 (Errors in the Console window)
