ModelImporter doesn't setup animation and avatar settings automatically
Steps to reproduce :
- import the project attached
- reimport the Animation.fbx and enable the Loop Time
- press apply and notice that the other settings are working now
- select the Character.fbx
- reimport it and notice that the script is not activated
