Baked HDR reflection probes has artefact
1) Open minirepro1115732.zip from comment
2) Switch platform to Android in the Build Settings
3) Select the reflection probe object on Hierarchy
4) Click bake and look at preview. it is artefact
5) Uncheck HDR on reflection probe
6) bake again and look at preview. it is correct
