Mobile virtual keyboard does not pop up when Input field is tapped inside mobile device browser
Reproduction steps:
1) Download and open "911858_inputfield.zip" project
2) Build "inpfield.unity" scene for WebGL platform
3) Host game locally
4) Open hosted project via mobile device browser
5) When project loads, tap on the InputField
Actual result:
Notice, that caret appears, but virtual keyboard does not pop up
Expected result:
When user taps on Input field, virtual keyboard should pop up
Reproduced with:
2017.1.0b5, 5.6.1p1, 5.5.3p3, 5.4.5p2, 5.4.0f1
Tested with:
Samsung Galaxy S7
LG G3
Google Pixel
iPhone SE
iPhone 6 Plus

Why is this a "Wont Fix" issue?
This is a breaking issue for WebGL on mobile, basically making WebGL useless for chat programs!
