[Mobile] UI button stays pressed in after releasing it while the pull down menu is opened
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on mobile
3. Press and hold one of the buttons on the left
4. While holding the button pressed in swipe from the top to open the pull down menu
5. Release the button and then pull up the menu
Actual: The button is still pressed in after releasing it
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.13f1. 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a10
