[TextMeshPro][Mobile] Thai language text placed in the Text component field is not being rendered on mobile devices

How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_66370" project
2. In the Build Settings "Run device" dropdown, select the desired device
3. Press Build And Run
4. Observe the Player

Expected result: Thai language letters are rendered in the Player
Actual result: Thai language letters are not rendered in the Player

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b16, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.0b15

Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro, macOS Ventura 13.5.2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
