[Mobile Notifications][iOS] Application freezes for 5-10 seconds after re-gaining lost focus
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "NotificationSamples_2019_3.zip" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Defocus the application by expanding the taskbar
4. Refocus on the application by minimizing the taskbar
Expected result: The application does not freeze
Actual result: The application freezes
Reproducible with: 2.0.0 (2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.15f1, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a7)

iPhone 6s (MKQJ2VC/A), CPU: A9, GPU: PowerVR GT7600, OS: 14.3,
iPhone 6s (iOS 13.3.1),
iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 15.0.0)

We just wasted several hours chasing this issue down. Can you please add a log in the console so it's clear what is causing this? There's no initial reason for developers to expect this behaviour, and no easy means of discovering that this is the cause.

Resolution Note:
Expected behaviour when "Autoconnect Profiler" is checked, so Unity is trying to connect to a profiler causing the little freeze.
