Mobile Notification Settings are not saved
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "case_1114987-TestNoti.zip" project
2. Open the Project Settings -> Mobile Notification Settings
3. Change any settings and save
4. Reopen the Mobile Notification Settings
Expected Result: Mobile Notification Settings are saved
Actual Result: Mobile Notification Settings have defaulted
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a20, 2019.3.0f5, 2019.2.19f1, 2018.4.15f1
Did not reproduce on: 2017.4.36f1(No Packman)

I was wrong, was using 1.0.2. Updated to 1.3.0 and works fine.
