[Mobile] Mesh is not rendered on some devices - camera stacking
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached StrippedPlanetMeshRepro.zip
2. Build and Run the project on a device
Expected: There are two planets rendered (blue and orange)
Actual: Observe left blue planet - only the shadow will be rendered from the orange planet
Reproducible with: 2019.3.16f1, 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a16

Resolution Note:
