[Mobile] Directional light shadows are rendered differently on mobile devices

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Observe the Game tab view
3. Build and run a project on Android
4. Observe the scene

Expected result: The scene is rendered the same as in the Editor
Actual result: Directional light cause shadows of the wall and no shadows on sphere and cube objects

Reproducible: 2018.4.8f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.4f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a2
