[Mobile][ARFoundation] Adding VR support to an AR application stops the ARCamera from working properly
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1193430"
2. Build and run on Android
3. Move the device around and observe the Cube
ARCamera moves accordingly to the Cube
4. Check "Virtual Reality Supported" in Player Settings -> XR
5. Add Cardboard SDK
6. Repeat steps 2 and 3
Actual: No matter how the device is physically moved the cube stays at the same distance from the device
Reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a14
