[Mobile] All UI elements not rendered on iOS/Android devices with 'Screen Space - Camera' render mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open 'Test' scene
3. Notice there are four UI elements (Image, Button, Input Field and Panel) and canvas Render Mode is set to 'Screen Space - Camera'
4. Build and run the scene for iOS/Android (also tested Mac standalone - seems to work there)
5. Notice there is no UI visible, but you can still interact with it - click somewhat in the middle, where the input field is supposed to be, and notice that the keyboard pops up as if you are writing to the input field
