ML Agents package does not list Image Conversion and Physics 2D packages dependencies
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Open the Package Manager window (make sure that 'Show Dependencies' option is enabled in the Project)
3. Select the 'ML Agents' package
Expected result: Image Conversion and Physics 2D packages are listed as dependencies
Actual result: Image Conversion and Physics 2D packages are not listed as dependencies
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1 (Package Manager does not list dependencies)
