[Mixed Reality] Headset does not launch into mixed reality view when running in Editor with administrator rights
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity as Administrator
2. Open any Mixed Reality project
3. Switch platform to Windows Store
4. Play a scene
5. Headset does not launch into mixed reality view when running in Editor, only Game window shows the player's view
Actual results: Headset does not launch into mixed reality view when running in Editor, only Game window shows the player's view
Expected results: Headset should launch into mixed reality view when running in Editor
