MissingRefferenceException is thrown when entering Play Mode using ProBuilder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "proBuilder.zip"
2. In the Project window, go to Assets > Scenes and open "SampleScene" Scene
3. In the Menu bar, go to Tools > ProBuilder > ProBuilder Window and dock the ProBuilder Window anywhere in the Unity Editor
4. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: no errors are thrown in the Console window
Actual result: MissingRefferenceException error is thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 4.3.0-preview.8, 4.3.1 (2018.4.24f1, 2020.2.0a15)
Not reproducible with: 3.0.0, 4.3.0-preview.7 (2018.4.24f1, 2020.2.0a15)
