"MissingReferenceException: The object of type 'Material' has been destroyed but you are still trying to access it." thrown when exiting Play Mode
How to reproduce:
# Open the attached project "Corridors.zip"
# Open Window>Terrain>Terrain Toolbox
# Enter Play Mode
# Exit Play Mode
Expected results: No errors thrown in the Console window
Actual results: "MissingReferenceException: The object of type 'Material' has been destroyed but you are still trying to access it." is thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 4.0.3 (2021.3.18f1), 5.0.3 (2022.2.7f1), 5.1.0-pre.1 (2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2)
Not reproducible with: 3.0.2-preview.3 (2020.3.45f1), 4.0.0 (2022.1.0a12)
