MissingMethodException error appears in the console after adding "TextMesh Pro" asset's Text object
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open project "textmeshprotest2.zip"
2. Add a GameObject -> UI -> TextMesh Pro - Text
3. Add a GameObject -> 3D Object -> TextMesh Pro - Text
Actual: Gives an error in the console - "MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'UnityEngine.Mesh.Clear'."
Expected: TextMesh Pro Text should be added in a scene with no error
Reproduced on: 2017.2.0b4; 2017.3.0a1
Not reproduced on: 2017.1.0p1; 2017.2.0b1; 5.6.3f1
Regression first introduced in 2017.2.0b2
Note: TextMesh Pro version is 1.0.55.56.0b11
