Missing referenced script warnings on prefab-ed objects without a missing referenced script
Steps to reproduce:
1. open attached 'missingPrefab.zp'
2. play scene 'main'
3. check console
Actual: missing scripts warnings printed out
Expected: no warnings as the scene is not missing any scripts only the prefab
Reproduced: 5.2.5f1, 5.3.5p6, 5.4.0b25

I'm also seeing this. The prefab used to create the asset bundle clearly has the script reference, and bundle process is clearly loading the correct prefab to build an asset bundle, and for some reason the script references are missing when the bundle is loaded.
Cleared cache system (build and runtime)
Unity 5.3.5p4
