Missing Device Simulator API
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
Expected result: there are no errors
Actual result: there is an error “The type or namespace name 'DeviceSimulator' does not exist in the namespace 'Unity'“
Reproducible on: 2021.1.0a10, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11
Not reproducible on: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.1.0a9
Reproduced on: macOS 12.6 (Intel)
