Misleading 'Project folder or disk is read only' error when trying to open project from filled up drive
To reproduce:
1. Create project in partition in almost filled up drive
2. Force quit when message 'No space left on device' will be thrown
3. Try to open project
Expected: both times error 'No space left on device' will be thrown
Actual: after 3rd step 'Project folder or disk is read only' error is thrown(video attached)
Reproduced: 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.0fp4, 2017.3.0f2, 2018.1.0a6
Tested on: OSX 10.13.2
