[Minor issue]Layer collision matrix does not display full name of the layer when the name exceeds 14 characters
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create a new project.
2. Create a new layer ("Layers->Edit Layers...") by entering a name that exceeds 14 characters.
3. Navigate to "Edit->Project Settings->Physics" or "Edit->Project Settings->Physics 2D".
Actual result:
Layer collision matrix does not display full name of the layer when the name exceeds 14 characters.
Expected result:
Layer collision matrix should display full name of the layer when the name exceeds 14 characters.
Reproduced with:
5.1.5f1, 5.2.5f1, 5.4.0f3, 5.5.0a6.
