Microphone.GetDeviceCaps returns the same values for both minimal and maximal sampling frequency of the device
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Through System settings, set sampling rate of a microphone to a higher setting
3. Enter Playmode
4. Observe Logs
Expected outcome: both minimal and maximal valued are printed(E.g. 44100 and 192000)
Actual outcome: max value are returned for both (E.g. 192000 and 192000)
