[Metal] Turning any Debug Mode on Water Surface results in errors spam
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. In the Hierarchy, right-click -> Water -> Surface -> Ocean Sea or Lake
3. In the Inspector, under the "Water Surface" Component expand the "Miscellaneous" section
4. Choose any option from the "Debug Mode" dropdown
5. Observe the Console
Expected results: No errors are spawned or "Debug Mode" options are not available
Actual results: There is a constant "Indirect rendering with tessellation is not supported on Metal." error spawn
Reproducible with: 6000.0.46f1
Not reproducible with: 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
