[Metal] Post Processing toggle in the Scene viewport causes graphics artifacts
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "CelticEGame.zip"
2. Go to the Build Settings and choose iOS
3. Observe the Scene or Game view
Expected result: No white artifacts
Actual result: White artifacts appear
Reproducible with: 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2019.4.38f1 (Errors after downgrade)
Note: Also reproducible when deployed to the iOS device
