[Metal][iOS] Some particles are being rendered over non-transparent objects in Low Poly Strategy Prototyper project



To reproduce:
1. Import Low Poly Strategy Prototyper project from the asset store
2. Remove BuildTargetGroup.WebPlayer entry to fix the error
3. Switch platform to iOS
4. Make sure that metal API is selected
5. Build and run SampleMap1_Optimised scene on iOS

Expected result: Rendering is correct, particles shouldn't be rendered over non-transparent objects.

Reproduced with Unity: 2019.1.0a12, 2018.3.0f1, 2018.3.0b4, 2018.3.0a10, 2018.3.0a7
Not reproducible with Unity 2018.2.18f1

Devices: iPhone XS Max iOS 12.0, iPhone 5s iOS 9.3.3

Not reproducible with macOS standalone build + Metal API
